Originally developed in Finland in 1975, the company has grown exponentially. Esmerk’s highly skilled professionals now monitor media from 140 countries in over 30 languages to meet their client’s needs and keep them up to date. In order to continue expanding their organization across global markets, they needed to establish a brand and market positioning that would more clearly articulate their value proposition and that would allow for significant growth in the future.

The Touch team guided Esmerk through the journey of developing a brand story, mission, visual identity and key messages. Our work helped the company develop a clear focus and a stronger sense of internal cohesion.
