Boeing

Sustainable Aerospace Forum

Envisioning a carbon neutral future for aerospace.

In partnership with the Financial Times, Boeing hosted industry leaders to explore the future of sustainable aviation. The event was held in an airplane hangar, and included live presentations, informative activations and displays, a global broadcast, and a Boeing 777-212ER aircraft.

With commercial aviation accounting for 2.5% of the world’s carbon emissions, industry leaders and policymakers are under growing pressure to find ways to fly with minimal environmental impact. With the lofty goal of net zero emissions in sharp focus, Boeing (in partnership with the Financial Times) invited leaders from academia, government, technology, finance, and energy to their two-day Sustainable Aerospace Together Conference to think through the future of sustainable air travel.

Boeing partnered with Touch to support the end-to-end, seamless delivery of the conference, so they could focus on what matters most: inspiring attendees to act. From pre-planning and creative design to video production and onsite production, Touch supported Boeing every step of the way, helping craft a memorable and “magical” event at a historical moment in the industry.

A lofty goal

Creating space for industry leaders to envision and make progress toward sustainability goals.

In addition to the Boeing 777, the hangar included spaces for self-directed learning, connection, and discovery.

Activations included a programming component, facilitated interactions with subject matter experts and informal networking with other attendees.

Ontime arrival of a complex event
