Revenue Kickoff FY26
Equipping a global sales team to deliver big.
GitHub is the largest open-source code host in the world, equipping developers with a platform to host, manage, and collaborate on software projects using Git, the company’s proprietary software development platform. Each year, employees, also known as Hubbers, are invited to attend their Revenue Kickoff Meeting in anticipation of the year to come.
Touch stepped in, alongside our partners at MCW Events, to produce the event from end-to-end. Across the 3-day event, we designed and delivered mainstage and breakout sessions, beautifully branded videos and activations, and thoughtfully curated ancillary experiences.
Capturing the company’s core values meant prioritizing transparency, inclusivity, and a space to share ideas and collaborate. Attendees left feeling inspired, connected, and energized by the chance to affect positive, innovative, and industry-disrupting change in FY26 and beyond.
Engaging attendees through learning, connecting, and play. In addition to general sessions and breakouts, GitHub kept employees energized through activities that included a 5K morning run, puppy yoga, and a pickleball tournament.
Plenary sessions where leaders share their vision and passion with eager teams ready to meet opportunity head on.










Every moment onsite was infused with the brand, building love and loyalty with every attendee. From registration to swag, environments to signage—every touchpoint was harnessed to reflect the brand and help attendees see themselves in it.
Motivating teams for the year ahead
We helped GitHub bring together its internal sales and customer success teams for engaging, high-impact sessions that deepened understanding of the company’s sales methods and product road map – with plenty of fun built in.
