Ubisoft E3 Conference
The E3 conference in Los Angeles represents the single most important moment for the video game industry every year. Tens of thousands of video game developers, publishers, console makers, retailers, and of course, fans, descend on Los Angeles to hear directly from industry leaders about the games and innovations coming their way in the months and years to come. Additionally, the 1- to 2-hour press events, held on the days leading up to E3, provide a global stage and intense spotlight for the top developers and publishers to announce their plans to the world.
Touch first produced the Ubisoft E3 Conference in 2012, introducing comedy icon Aisha Tyler as the show’s host, and bringing the production values of the conference up to par with Sony, Microsoft, EA, and Nintendo, the company’s main competition for attention at E3.
Every year since, our team has worked to design a conference that helps the company define and achieve a clear set of targeted goals to help the Ubisoft strengthen their position. All of the work is focused on increasing press coverage and global fan engagement and sharing the love and the passion for games and the human experiences that the brand represents.
Our team works with Ubisoft to execute every aspect of the conference, from venue selection to stage design and production to content strategy and show flow development to media production, lighting design, logistics, executive speaker coaching and rehearsals, celebrity management, choreography, broadcast production, onsite production, and a complete, separately produced pre-show.
Beyond Aisha Tyler, celebrities our team has worked with over the years include Elijah Wood, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, Angela Basset, LeVar Burton, Frank Marshall, Flo Rida, Jason Derulo, and Bebe Rexha.
Our tireless work with Ubisoft has inspired the live online audience for the conference to grow from 243,000 in 2012 to 4.1 million in 2018, with the company’s press briefing regularly referred to as the best show at E3.
