FY21 Virtual Area General Meeting (AGM) - Virtual

 When Microsoft Canada needed to pivot their annual Area General Meeting (AGM) to a virtual format, they turned to Touch Worldwide. With only eight weeks to plan, Touch transformed the event for over 1,500 attendees, blending live and pre-recorded content across 136 sessions. The goal? To connect, upskill, and celebrate their team’s achievement as Microsoft Subsidiary of the Year.

Touch crafted a seamless digital experience, complete with persona-based content recommendations, dynamic branding, and accessible features like ASL and captioning. The result? An overwhelmingly successful event with attendees calling it "the best one yet!
