Starbucks

For 30 years, Touch has created Leadership Experiences for Starbucks to tell its story of coffee and human connection—bringing coffeehouse leaders together to link the company’s mission to their role as store and community leaders. From individual reflection to small-group dialog to a coffee tasting of 10,000+ collective sips, Touch creates immersive experiences that inspire this audience to connect with that mission and lead with humanity, building the next generation of Starbucks leadership.

ADM

ADM has built a powerful new brand and guidelines to go with it. But because their guidelines were created for 2D applications, they didn’t inspire brand-forward 3D experiences. Touch helped ADM define the brand’s 3D design principles and created a look book for design teams and vendor partners to explore the brand’s experiential potential. From events and tradeshows to corporate environments and displays, we’re helping ADM ensure consistent execution, without constraining creativity.

Gates Foundation

For over seven years, Touch worked with the Gates Foundation and their post-secondary success grantees to support a community doing the hard work of institutional transformation and more equitable student success—helping change happen faster and more effectively. In addition to collateral, website design, and video stories, Touch produced eight convenings between 2015 and 2022, bringing groups of up to 500 leaders together to connect, learn, and support the collective effort.

Kaiser Permanente

In 2016, SYPartners was working with Kaiser on some organizational change initiatives, which included an event for ~400 leaders from across the organization. Touch was engaged to bring the physical spaces to life in ways that oriented attendees to their individual story, aligned them with the organizations vision, and inspired a deep commitment to the shared work ahead.

Feel free to look around at some of the other experiences we’ve created for our clients. And let us know when we can setup some time to talk further. Thank you, Marc!
